This interactive workshop, giving you the knowledge on how to use props & modifications in various yoga postures so you can customize your Yoga practice. Learning proper use of props helps make the postures more accessible, & deepen your practice in standing as well as seated & lying postures.
You will apply many of the things you learn at the end of the workshop with a short Yoga class. You will leave with creative ways for finding more space, freedom & stability in your Yoga practice.
